- As part of our continuing evolution into one of the most influential sports and entertainment marketing agencies in the industry, we are seeking a Vice-President, Group Account Director capable of delivering flawless strategy while managing relationships with some of our most critical clients. Possessing 7+ years experience in the sports marketing, integrated sponsorship consulting, or brand building businesses dealing with top brands, the ideal candidate will be a hybrid talent capable of delivering impeccable customer service and growing the bottom line both through expanding existing client programs and acquiring new business. Property relations experience and established relationships (teams and leagues) are a serious plus. An existing rolodex whose focus is on established relationships with category leaders is a plus as is experience in the entertainment and lifestyle sponsorship fields. A strong existing team with smoothly functioning process is already in place needing a leader to provide top-line strategy and take their potential to the next level. - Account Executive / Executive Assistant to President of Sports & Entertainment Marketing Agency
Sports & Entertainment marketing agency is seeking an experience Executive Assistant experienced in working in a fast paced environment to handle Administrative duties supporting the President of the agency.
In addition to supporting the President, managing his busy schedule in business development, client management and operations the Account Executive will work with the Experiential Marketing account team to help in creative development and activation of a cutting edge college marketing program for a high-profile client. The candidate must be a next generation creative thinker with attention to detail, who will supervise the creative and tactical development of branded activities, experiential events, word-of-mouth and social marketing programs with measurable ROI:
President Support / Administrative Responsibilities:
• Coordination of internal/external projects and activities
• Support and organize President with sales development, client management, operations /employee initiatives.
• Support and direct scheduling, phone calls, select e-mails, initiating correspondence, coordinating travel, additional administrative tasks and personal/home matters
• Conference Reports detailing meetings
• Doing what it takes to get the job done
Account Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Brand Ambassador teams at several campuses in executing successful campus promotions, experiential events and social marketing initiatives
• Oversee teams in filling out all required paperwork including program proposal, event evaluation forms, product, premium and signage orders, event inventory, press releases and event reporting
• Support the account team and guide brand ambassadors to ensure best practices in planning, contracting and management of campus and retail programs co-sponsored with relevant student organizations (sports, clubs, bookstore, campus culture, music etc.)
• Participate in weekly conference calls with brand ambassador teams and client brand team, to provide status and effectively present culturally relevant creative programs
• Management of Facebook site, including brainstorming social marketing programs to enhance the program and recruit new group members
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing/Communications or relevant major
• 3+ years experience in out-of-the box experiential marketing, promotions or field marketing/sampling events
• Flexible, positive, self-starter, confident, energetic with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Problem solver with ability to prioritize multi-task workload, work independently and troubleshoot issues
• Strong listening, writing, and computer skills (Must be skilled in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and creating/managing Excel budgets)
• Creative with high awareness of forward thinking brand ambassador, experiential and social marketing programs
• Strong organization, time management and dependability, able to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional image and high level of integrity
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects with attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with all kinds of people, including senior level partners and clients
• Available to work and travel during the week, nights and weekends as required
